WHAT IS IT?
The Bloomwell Clinical Residency program is an 18-month program that emphasizes ethical practices, evidence-based treatment, compassionate care and provides all necessary fieldwork hours. You will work with experienced supervisors who will support you as you cultivate your skills, grow your experience, and help children thrive.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

TRAINEE
You will work as a full-time RBT, primarily providing direct therapy to patients while earning unrestricted hours independently through self-paced learning opportunities provided by your supervisors. This phase will be focused on knowledge-based competencies.

RESIDENT
After 50% of unrestricted hours are completed, required competencies are met and you are within 6 months of graduating from your master’s program, you will be eligible to transition to our Resident role. Our Residents have increased hands-on unrestricted opportunities and more leadership opportunities through reduced daily direct therapy hours.

BCBA
You’ve graduated, passed the exam and are ready to start your career as a new Bloomwell BCBA!

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Clinical Residency Program is to cultivate the next generation of exceptional behaviour analysts through a rigorous clinical residency program that emphasises ethical practice, evidence-based treatment, and compassionate care.
